Our client is a Singaporean multinational technology and engineering group with a diverse portfolio of businesses in the aerospace, smart city, digital solutions, defense and public security segments.
With their current expansion, they are looking to hire Management Executive (Ops & Services) who’re people-orientated with the ability to take up challenges to join the team.

- Achieve operational goals and key performance indicators that are aligned to the organization’s overall strategic objectives
- Serve as the public relations front for the centre by planning, executing and maintaining and effective communication programme via the carious channels (e.g. dialogues, briefings, internet, intranet static information, newsletters and handbooks to shape behavior of customers, service partners and employees)
- Prepare and analyse statistical reports on a periodic basis
- Analyse customer’s feedback and recommend areas of improvement and solutions
- Monitor service partners’ performance and investigate late payments that are due to system problems to ensure timeliness and accuracy of payments
- Coach, train and develop employees to their fullest potential
- Investigate any non-conformances to Service Level Agreement to facilitate corrective and preventive action
- Reviews, streamline and implement solutions to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness

- Work location at Depot Road (moving to Cashew in June/July)
- Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
