Job Description
Our client who is based in Singapore that offers a wide range of services including manpower outsourcing and logistics support for operations in both air and seaports.
We are looking to hire Baggage Service Crew working on rotational shifts to support their needs at Changi Airport.

- Adhere to operation procedures, including utilizing company issued devices and applications.
- Attend to passengers at Arrival claims with mishandled and damaged baggage.
- Assist passengers with odd-sized bags.
- Ensure orderliness of baggage presentations through proper communication and coordination with the Baggage back-of-house.
- Handle late baggage presentation due to adverse weather, aircraft issues etc.
- Assist passengers with self-creation reports.
- Assist with mass baggage mishandlings.
- Understanding of various airline requirements for crew and/or pax arrival bags.
- Assist with unloading of baggage from carousel when required.
- Other duties as assigned by on-ground supervisor.

Additional information
- Working hour: 1.30pm to 9.30pm/ 4.30pm to 12.30am (Transport provided after 11pm)
- Alternate 5 & 6 days work week
- 1 years contract (Renewable)
