Our client is a leading spirits and alcoholic beverages company. With their current expansion, they are looking for a Property Executive to join the team.

- Daily Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations for all company’s properties (Industrial, Residential, Commercial), ensuring smooth functioning.
- Maintenance: Support the maintenance of properties, including scheduling repairs and addressing issues.
- Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns, complaints, and inquiries. Handle handover and takeover
- Safety and Compliance: Promote safety, ensure compliance with building regulations and company policies, and conduct inspections.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on property performance and financial summaries.
- Communication: Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with clients and service providers.
- Record Keeping: Update and maintain property management systems or databases.
- Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors on preventive measures and maintenance resolutions.
- Project Management: Manage projects assigned by Property Managers
If you are someone with the following, lets chat!
- A Diploma/Degree holder in Building, Estate Management, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance
- Experience in performing simple jobs and perform basic electrical hands-on works
- Hands-on M&E experience
- Able to interpret electrical diagrams
- Familiar with BMSMA and related laws
- Manage fit-out / reinstatement / A&A works
- Team player, results-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
- Possess good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
- Willing to work on occasional weekend/public holiday
