Our client is the leading professional development consultancy company, encompassing building development and management services.
With their ever-growing business, they are looking for a Property Manager to join their team.

- Reporting to the Vice President, he/she will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance at the Client’s premises (shopping complexes), including tenancy and arrears management.
- Supervise a team of property officers, technicians and admin personnel on daily works carried out in the shopping malls and overseeing daily operations.
- Liaise with and supervise contractors, recommend and implement improvement works, attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the clients.
- Ensure full compliance of contractual specifications in the tender documents, service level and Key Performance Indicators as set out by the Client.
- Prompt submission of management reports to client.
- Prompt follow up on all incident reporting and crisis management.
- Working with the Account Manager to adapt strategy with objectives continuously improving on SOPs where necessary.
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with clients.
- Liaise with external contractors to ensure works are carried out to required standards.
- Drive team synergy and positive team spirit to ensure your team feels supported.
- Managing internal resources to ensure that the workload is shared evenly across the team.
- Resolve conflict in a positive manner with minimum fuss.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
If you are someone with the following, let’s chat!
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant fields such as Real Estate, Building, Project and Facilities Management, Mechanical or Electrical or Building Services or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience, or in the alternative, possess at least 10 years of managerial experience in the field of facilities management.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Strong leadership, planning, communication skills and good interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to manage operations and projects simultaneously.
- Preferably possess certification for Fire Safety Manager.
