• Establish, implement and manage BIM Standard
• Establish and lead the BIM Project Execution Plan

• Audit Project Team’s BIM Project Execution
• Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants

• Helpdesk for BIM issues
• Design, scripting, and utilization of BIM related tools

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in BIM and continual improvement and mastery of BIM 

If you are someone with the following, lets chat!

• Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant BIM Management experience. Candidates with lesser years of experience may be considered for the role of BIM Coordinator.
• Experience in coordination with consultants for infrastructure project and implementation of BIM in construction process would be advantageous.
• Preferably completed BCA Academy's BIM Modelling and BIM Management courses
• Knowledge in Singapore BIM Guide
• Knowledge in BIM ISO 19650
• Knowledge in Autodesk Dynamo and Autodesk AEC Suite, including Revit, Civil3D, Infraworks, Navisworks Manage would be preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Possess good leadership skills to manage the BIM team
• Possess good client management skills
• Good command of English language for effective communication
• Possess good interpersonal skills and a team player
• A hands-on person who is positive, proactive and driven in BIM innovation
• Meticulous and able to organize work effectively

• Analyse, diagnose and rectify faults on the company’s material handling equipment (especially stackers, electric forklifts and reach trucks)
• Carry out electrical, mechanical and hydraulic repairs on equipment and sub-components
• Provide on-site preventative maintenance, modification, commissioning and parameter-setting services
• Co-operate closely with internal staff to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance working relationship with clients

If you are someone with the following, lets chat!

• Strong technical knowledge, ideally with understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Possess at least Diploma in automotive/electrical/electronic/mechanical/mechatronic engineering (or similar) is desirable
• Preferred 2 years’ working experience in a technical field with products such as material handling equipment, forklifts, cranes, marine equipment, industrial vehicles etc.
• Experience in the material handling industry is an advantage
• Good computer skills
• Very good working attitude
• Keen and able to learn on one’s own
• Able to work in a safe and efficient manner
• Willing to take on jobs after normal working hours
• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license

• Company vehicle provided
• Regular training provided in both locally and overseas
• 5 days work week (Monday – Friday)
