With their ever-growing business, they are looking for a Lift Maintenance Manager to join their team.

- Leading a team of lift technicians
- Manage the general lift matters of the Town Council such as ensuring the smooth operations of the lifts, planning for upgrading, general repair and maintenance of the lifts and managing queries related to the lift.
- Responsible to attending to breakdowns; troubleshooting equipment faults and ferrying out preventive/ corrective actions and to perform inspection and testing of lifts.
- Supervise contractors whenever necessary to carry out upgrading or improvement works.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
If you are someone with the following, let’s chat!
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Engineering equivalent
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience
- Good organizational, reporting and supervisory skills are essential
- Ability to work independently
- 5.25 work week, half day on alternate Saturday
- 2 years contact (Renewable)
