BIM Manager role in Projects
Planning of BIM Resources and Training
Involvement with work-related committees (external or internal) including BIM Centre of Excellence (CoE)
Establish, implement and manage BIM Standard
Establish and lead the BIM Project Execution Plan
Integration of BIM/Revit into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
Audit Project Team’s BIM Project Execution
Generate clash reports and lead BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants
Multidisciplinary Coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D)
Helpdesk for BIM issues
Design, scripting, and utilization of BIM related tools
Integration of BIM/Revit into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design
Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)
Keep abreast of the latest developments in BIM and continual improvement and mastery of BIM

If you are someone with the following, lets chat!

Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
Minimum 4 years of relevant BIM Management experience. Candidates with lesser years of experience may be considered for the role of BIM Coordinator.
Experience in coordination with consultants for infrastructure project and implementation of BIM in construction process would be advantageous.
Preferably completed BCA Academy's BIM Modelling and BIM Management courses
Knowledge in Singapore BIM Guide
Knowledge in BIM ISO 19650
Knowledge in Autodesk Dynamo and Autodesk AEC Suite, including Revit, Civil3D, Infraworks, Navisworks Manage would be preferred
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Possess good leadership skills to manage the BIM team
Possess good client management skills
Good command of English language for effective communication
Possess good interpersonal skills and a team player
A hands-on person who is positive, proactive and driven in BIM innovation
Meticulous and able to organize work effectively
