Our client is a local organization that provides care and support for the elderly and regularly engages in community services. They aspire to ensure quality and high standard services focusing on the importance of quality eldercare.

With their ever-growing expansion, they are looking to hire Eldercare and Community Outreach Senior Associate  to assist with their daily operations.

• Manage and lead the daily operations of the Elderly Activity Centers, in alignment with directions of Elderly Activity Centers senior management and MOH.  

• Create a comprehensive Community Outreach Plan for the service boundary to achieve the annual allocated target of seniors to be engaged. 

• Work on building relationships and identify new community partners to support and address the needs of the seniors in the community.  

• Initiate to engage community partners to cooperate and work together in community projects.  

• Monitor and conduct regular reviews, with the team, on the activities in the Elderly Activity Centre to ensure the activities meet the five domains required by MOH/AIC.   
• Compile and submit required reports on a timely basis, to Center Senior management and MOH/AIC. 
• Manage and effectively guide staff to maximize their strengths and potential.
• Manage appraisal of staff and keep proper training documentation.  
• File keeping and data organizing of networking, incidents, income, and expenses.  
• Assist with any other responsibilities and duties assigned by the Manager. 

If you’re someone with the following, let’s chat!

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from an accredited University or Polytechnic. 
• Preferably in the field of Social Work or Gerontology.
• Min. 1 year working experience in the field.

Additional details

• Work Locations: Braddel Heights, Serangoon, Shunfu, Yew Tee, Kreta Ayer, Eunos, Changi and Simei.
• 5.5 Workday, Monday to Saturday.
• Work timing between 8.30am to 5.30pm.
• Uniform provided.
