Our client is a local organization that provides educational, welfare and community services. They aspire to ensure quality and high standard services focusing on the importance of quality eldercare.

With their ever-growing expansion, they are looking to hire Admin & Finance Administrator to assist with their daily operations and manage admin and performance related functions in a Senior Care Centre.

  • Interact with new clients and prepare client service contracts
  • Process fee invoices and handle fee collection
  • Manage scheduling of clients for the service and their transportation
  • Perform compilation and analysis of key indicators where required
  • Be involved in SOP preparation and digitalization
  • Process subvention claims for submission to regulatory agencies
  • Take charge of inventory controls and equipment maintenance
  • Oversee purchasing functions
  • Support administration of customer service and client feedback
  • Be involved in projects or process improvements (either self-initiated or assigned)

If you’re someone with the following, let’s chat!

  • Min. Diploma in Business and/or Management or Degree in any discipline
  • Min. 1 year experience in the field

  • Locations: Braddel Heights, Serangoon, Shunfu, Yew Tee, Kreta Ayer, Eunos, Changi Simei
  • 5.5 workday, Monday – Saturday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Uniform provided
