  • Responsible for the SLA fulfillment for all type of FM services
  • Collaborate with other non-FM outsourcing team to manage office facilities
  • Manage company assets by following company’s procedures
  • Manage & ensure that Customers are all treated accordingly by the Receptionist/Security following company’s procedures
  • Manage & ensure the Office Helper fulfill the assigned responsibilities on daily basis
  • Ensure security personnel to follow all HSSE procedures and fulfill its assigned responsibilities or otherwise needs to be escalated directly to the HSSE Coordinator for any misconduct or negligence
  • Manage all type of office inventories (stationary, medical, hygiene & sanitary, pantry (F&B)) to ensure no shortage or major excess
  • Assist central FM team in information collection & validation
  • Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients’ inquiries and concerns
  • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Creates work orders and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors
  • Communicates work orders to technicians and assists management in resolving problems
  • Provides reports on open and closed work orders and checks status with the appropriate technician or vendor
  • Maintains files on work orders, proposals, and department files
  • Creates vendor files and checks accuracy on completed paperwork submitted by vendors
  • Trains vendors on work order and billing procedures
  • Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding
  • Assists with the inspections on the facility campus
  • Uses laptop and/or PDA for work order system, email, ESS and training
  • Assist with process and procedure training
  • Other duties may be assigned

 

If you are someone with the following, let’s chat!

  • 3-year diploma or bachelor degree is required
  • Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training
  • Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook

 

 

Additional Details

  • 6 months maternity cover
  • Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders and ability to lift and carry heavy loads of 25kg or more
