Company Overview:

Our client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. They leverage the industry's most powerful knowledge base to meet the commercial real estate needs of their clients worldwide. They are looking to recruit a Property Executive to join the team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• General administration of all building works/service contracts, carpark management and security, and fire protection system
• Oversee all defects, repairs & maintenance matters, plumbing, sanitary, carpark and fire & security matters
• Plan and implement building maintenance program and schedules relating to security
• Control and supervise all building works carried out by maintenance staff and service contractors
• Liaise with government authorities/ statutory boards, architects, engineers and other divisions
• Conduct regular inspections of all common areas, public walkways, building surrounding facade, etc. and institute remedial action
• Create and maintain good rapport with tenants/occupiers and attend to complaints
• Prepare estimates for repairs work using SOR, work specifications, invitation for quotations, and supervision of work carried out
• Ensure proper control of keys to all common areas and maintain proper records
• Assist in budget forecast, preparation, attend and prepare materials for meetings, and minutes of meetings
• Prepare all necessary maintenance reports, incident reports accurately and timely
• Attend to all emergencies situations promptly
• Constantly check for compliance of all safety equipment, work methods and procedures and promptly rectify unsafe situations

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of related working experience
• Diploma in Building/Facilities/Property Management discipline OR ITE/NTC Facility Management/Technical disciplines
• Mechanical & Electrical experience/background is preferred

• Work Location: Defu / Kaki Bukit / Ang Mo Kio / Sim Ming / Toa Payoh
• Work Hours: 5.5 days
