Our client is the leading professional development consultancy company, encompassing building development and management services.
With their ever-growing business, they are looking for a Facilities Manager to join them.

- Plan, organize and supervise a team of contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work.
- Supervise and lead the operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the property and facilities.
- To manage building’s facilities including but not limited to assets enhancement, supervision of contractors, liaison with clients and facilities operation.
- Attend to feedback and service requests from clients and liaise with contractors on all maintenance matters
- Compile, collate and analyze operational data and reports for continuous improvement.
- Possess fire safety knowledge and the ability to conduct fire and emergency drill.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors / clients.

- Bachelor Degree in M&E, Building Science, Estate Management or FM related with minimum 5 years of working experience in facilities management. Diploma in M&E, Building Science, Estate Management or FM related with minimum 8 years of working experience in facilities management.
- Working Location: Singapore Consulate Office in Shanghai, China.
- Willing to work and station in Shanghai, China.
- Possesses working experience in managing government agencies building in Singapore.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, reliable and able to command the respect of his subordinates.
- Have strong leadership and motivational qualities.
- Possess initiative, integrity and be able to withstand work pressure.
- Possess good technical knowledge of M&E and building maintenance services.
- Possess good communication skills and be able to liaise with different levels of people.
Additional Information
- 2-year contract (Renewable)
- Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm
