Plan, organize and supervise a team of contractors in carrying out planned and ad-hoc maintenance work.
Supervise and lead the operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the property and facilities.
To manage building’s facilities including but not limited to assets enhancement, supervision of contractors, liaison with clients and facilities operation.
Attend to feedback and service requests from clients and liaise with contractors on all maintenance matters
Compile, collate and analyze operational data and reports for continuous improvement.
Possess fire safety knowledge and the ability to conduct fire and emergency drill.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors / clients.

If you are someone with the following, lets chat!

Bachelor Degree in M&E, Building Science, Estate Management or FM related with minimum 5 years of working experience in facilities management. Diploma in M&E, Building Science, Estate Management or FM related with minimum 8 years of working experience in facilities management.
Working Location: Singapore Consulate Office in Shanghai, China.
Willing to work and station in Shanghai, China.
Possesses working experience in managing government agencies building in Singapore.
Dynamic, enthusiastic, reliable and able to command the respect of his subordinates.
Have strong leadership and motivational qualities.
Possess initiative, integrity and be able to withstand work pressure.
Possess good technical knowledge of M&E and building maintenance services.
Possess good communication skills and be able to liaise with different levels of people.
