Our client the global leader in commercial real estate services and investments. With their current expansion, they are looking for a Technician to join the team as a key leader in to join them.

- Oversee, manage, and accompany contractors during scheduled maintenance for various systems and functions within the building.
- Accountable for the FCC and fire alarm systems.
- Carry out handyman tasks as an initial response to building issues.
- Perform minor repairs, change lighting, address power outages, and assist with moving and setting up spaces.
- Provide facilities management services for assigned buildings, including preventive maintenance, pest control, landscaping, and security management through appointed contractors and subcontractors.
- Investigate, assess, and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to identify their causes and prevent future issues.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
If you are someone with the following, lets chat!
- Minimum Nitec in Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 1 years of experience in technical line.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information
- 1 years contract (Possibility to convert to a permanent role)
- 5.5 days work week
