Our client is a Singapore-based healthcare organization providing wide range of healthcare services with their footstep across the island.

With their expansion, they are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Clinic Assistant to join them. This position will play a crucial role in managing the reception area, attending to patients, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to doctors during consultations.

  • Manage the reception area, greeting patients, and handling phone calls professionally.
  • Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties including registration, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and managing billing.
  • Process insurance claims, handle Medisave transactions, and conduct regular stock-taking of medical supplies.
  • Update billing records accurately and reconcile daily collections.
  • Provide assistance to doctors during consultations, ensuring patients' needs are met efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
