Our client is a semi-government multinational technology and engineering group in the aerospace, smart city as well as defense and public security sector.

With their ever-growing expansion, they are looking to hire a Call Centre Associate

for their Maxwell office.

• Manage general enquiries of inbound calls and online enquiries
• Handle any other hotline administrative functions

If you are someone with the following, let’s chat!

• Diploma / NITEC / GCE ‘O' Level or equivalent
• Minimum C5 for English O level
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in a call centre environment and/or service related industry

Special Knowledge or Skills:

• Ability to communicate fluently in English and a Second Language
• Computer literate and good typing skills

Additional Information:

On Site

8.15am - 5.45pm (Monday to Friday)

This is a one year contract position
