Our client is the leading professional development consultancy company, encompassing building development and management services.

With their ever-growing business, they are looking for a Technician to join them.

• You will also supervise, manage and escort contractors on the scheduled maintenance of various functions and systems within the building.
• You will perform handyman duties as a first line of response to building faults.
• You will have to carry out simple repairs / change lighting / attend to power trip / help move and setup for the place.
• You will be part of a team to provide facilities management services for the buildings assigned. This includes preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management through our appointed term/sub-contractors.
• You will investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor. 

If you are someone with the following, lets chat!

• Minimum Nitec in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

Additional Information

• Located in Central Region
• 2 years contract (Renewable)
• 5.5 days work week
