Summary
Our client who is based in Singapore that offers a wide range of services including manpower outsourcing and logistics support for operations in both air and seaports.
We are looking for suitable Customer Service Agent working on rotational shifts to support their needs at Changi Airport.

1. Handling Check In duties.
- Check and ensure that flight tickets and travel documents are valid for flight
- Weigh and tag passengers’ luggage.
- Processing and issuing of boarding pass.
- Assisting passengers at self-Check In kiosks and auto bag drop kiosks.
2. Departure/Arrival gate duties
- Ensure boarding pass information is accurate and passenger’s name on passport tally with boarding pass for departure flight
- Crowd control
- Assisting passengers with special needs
- Direct disembarking passengers to respective areas such as immigration and baggage collection belts
- Meet & Greet
- Coordinate with crew and other departments to ensure timely gate activities to meet on time departure of flight.
3. Other miscellaneous duties when assigned

- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills and command of English
- Possess basic computer skills
- Min. N Level
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
Additional Information
- Shift timings (tentatively): 10am-7pm/ 11pm- 8pm/ 12pm-9pm
- 5 days work week including weekend
- Location: Changi Airport
- Training provided
- 2 years contract
