Our client is a is fitness company. With their current expansion, they are looking for an Admin Executive to assist on their daily operations.
This role is a fully work from home (WFH) role.

- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to team members. Schedule appointments, meetings. Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence
- Data Entry and Documentation: Input and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems. Prepare and maintain documentation and reports.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt and efficient support to clients, resolving queries and issues related to system functionality.

- Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec or at least 1 year working experience in similar roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
