Job Description

We are looking for a Training Manager to join the team as a key leader, overseeing all training and competency development for officers.

  • Identify, train, and develop new officers
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training materials
  • Develop and facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs to enable supervisors to conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT), lead Safety & Security Induction Courses (SSIC), and deliver other ad-hoc training as needed
  • Create and maintain post orders
  • Conduct training assessments and evaluations
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on training progress and status
  • Develop, review, and update Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Establish and enforce standards for officer code of conduct
  • Provide on-site, face-to-face training support as required
  • Conduct site visits and assessments at least once every six months
  • Perform ad-hoc site visits as requested by SIN DC Security

If you are someone with the following, lets chat!

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Willing to travel around Singapore
  • 3 years of experience in training and learning & development
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training programs
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness
  • Leadership and team management experience
