Our client is a global leader in early years education and one of the major operators in Singapore. There is ample career progression within the organisation.

They have multiple education and learning centres island wide. In their ever-growing expansion. We are looking for suitable Infant Care Teacher to join the team in our woodlands/Marsling branches.

  • Responsible for all aspects of classroom management and carrying out routine care duties to ensure safety and hygiene of the infants.
  • Take care of the daily routines of the infants and toddlers mainly focusing on feeding, showering, and changing of diaper, soiled/wet clothes.
  • Be meticulous in recording daily routines (e.g. Milk intake, next feed timings, and diaper change).
  • Confident to develop and execute development appropriate curriculum to cater to the learning abilities of the infants and toddlers between the age of 2 to 18 months following the guidelines, policies, and practices of the school.
  • Able to conduct, observe and record the developmental milestones of the infants and toddlers to determine their, social, language, cognitive perceptual motor, and emotional skills.
  • Keep parents informed of the infants and toddlers progress and maintain good communication rapport with parents.
  • Must update activity moments and get it cleared with the principal before posting to parents.
  • Need to be versatile with online and hardcopy portfolio editing.
  • Always placing initiatives in providing care giving practices.
  • Willing to have professional development in terms of training and upgrading    skills.
  • Render basic first aid when needed.
  • Any other duties assigned, if necessary.

  • Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care and Development (CIT) / Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) / Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY).
  • ECDA Certified (Early Years) - EY1/EY2.
  • Teachers who are currently undergoing HCIC/ACEY are welcome to apply as well.
  • Create creativity among children by displaying positive energy.
  • Clear Communication and Management Skills.
