Our client, a leading integrated facilities management organization providing wide range of technical maintenance and support services to not only healthcare and hospitality but commercial and public building, insights into lifecycles of existing facilities that would benefit their clientele.

They are looking to hire passionate Concierge to be part of their dedicated team and an opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge within the premium service industry.

• Be the first point of contact for valued clients, providing exceptional service and personalized attention
• Manage access to all properties, keeping security protocols and SOPs in line with directives
• Coordinate well with other teams and colleagues to ensure a seamless service is provided to each and every client and visitor at all times
• Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions, ensuring a stress-free experience for clients and visitors
• Build meaningful relationships with regular tenants by showing genuine interest and concern, recording personal guest preferences for a better service experience

If you’re someone with the following, let’s chat!

• Min. GCE O levels
• Prior experience/background in customer service, receptionist, concierge, hotel
• Ability to share insightful recommendations on dining, attractions, sporting events
• Ability to problem solve and adapt at resolving tenant concerns efficiently, leveraging feedback to continuously improve service satisfaction
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Flexible to work on weekends and/or PH (when required)

• Work locations at Downtown (CBD) | 3 locations
