Our client is the leading professional development consultancy company, encompassing building development and management services.

With their ever-growing business, they are looking for a Senior Facilities Manager to join them.

• Lead a team of Managers, Executives and Technicians to run daily operation at the client’s premise, ensuring and overseeing the performance standards of staff to promote efficient and effective maintenance of the building.
• Attend to all cases promptly and rectify them with minimal inconvenience or disruption caused, while assisting the authority in drafting of specifications and contract administration.
• Responsible for the delivery and performance of IFM contract deliverables, as well as plan and supervise preventive maintenance works at the client’s premise.
• Meet KPI standards, devise pro-active measures to improve building maintenance standards efficiency, regularly review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure full compliance to regulatory requirements.
• Key point of contact with Client and Key stakeholders across client sites for the areas of responsibility and its occupants, acting as their service provider liaison.
• Lead the onsite team and ensure delivery of highest FM and workplace services standards in order to achieve a safe, code-compliant, functional, comfortable, energy efficient and attractive facilities/site infrastructure.
• Responsible for the managing of contracts, Capex & Opex expense budgets within approved allocations with monthly updates.

If you are someone with the following, lets chat!

• Minimally Diploma holder in facilities management or equivalent function with minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management
• 3 years of experience leading a team in a high rise building of at least 9 storeys high, preferably with experience in managing office buildings
• Fire Safety Manager certification is a must
