With their ever-growing expansion, they are looking to hire Care Programme Coordinators to assist with their daily operations.

• Care for the well-being and safety of elderly clients at all times
• Prepare and conduct programme activities for elderly clients
• Organize social and recreational group excursions
• Update individual care plans and relevant records daily
• Support caregivers and volunteers in caring for clients
  
  

If you’re someone with the following, let’s chat!

• Min. O level with Advanced/Higher/Certificate in Community & Social Service (Senior Care Services) and/or WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care)
• Min. 1 year working experience in the field
  
  

Additional details

• Locations: Braddel Heights, Serangoon, Shunfu, Yew Tee, Kreta Ayer, Eunos, Changi Simei
• 5.5 work day, Monday – Saturday
• Rotational shift between 7.30am – 6pm (8 - 9 hours per shift)
