Our client is a local company that specializes in the Wholesale of Livestock, Meat, Poultry, Eggs and Seafood. They are looking for a HR Trainer & Operations Manager to aid in the operation of the business.

Training & Development

• Design and deliver HR training program and establish good company culture
• Develop and implement onboarding processes for new hires

Operational Oversight

• Streamline HR processes for efficiency
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with HR teams to address training needs
• Provide support for HR operations and projects

Reporting

• Generate reports on HR metrics and training effectiveness
• Analyze data for continuous improvement

If you are someone with the following, let’s chat!

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• Proven experience in HR training and operations management
• Strong training and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance
• Ability to lead and collaborate with HR teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional information:

• Working mode: Hybrid (around 2-3 days coming to office)
• Working hours: Tuesday - Sunday (10am-7pm)
